Cat Healing

IMAG0006

When illness strikes your beloved pet

My husband and I were tested about our beliefs on Halloween weekend this year. Our cat Clyde spent Friday hiding behind the TV. I was really busy that day and I did not notice it myself. My husband got very concerned because he saw that Clyde wasn’t eating either by Friday evening. By Saturday mid afternoon we knew that there is something very seriously wrong with him. He retreated into the closet and it was not easy to reach him. We noticed that he yelped when we tried to pick him up. His lower part of the body was in pain.

Cat healing is slightly more challenging for me from META-Kinetics point of view, however energetic healing is very similar. I went to work to heal the cat. We needed to understand the root cause before attempting to solve the problem. Our pets don’t talk which presents a problem. I don’t have charts specially for cats when I use Dowsing and Muscle Testing together with META-Kinetics for Health and Wellness. One hint I got was cancer prevention and that the body was overwhelmed. Homeopathic remedies came up at that time. Four Bach remedies needed to be mixed. Rock Water – flexible in beliefs, Red Cheshunt – fearful for safety, Chicory – unattached love and Cerato – lack of trust in one’s decisions. I mixed the remedies as my muscle testing indicated and started giving him the required dosage. I also tested if those were not for the pet owners as they could have applied to them as well, considering what was going on. No they were not to be given to the pet owners. It just happened that I bought a book about Bach remedies for cats. I found helpful hints about how to administer the remedies and all sorts of other wisdom there.

Do you believe you can heal?

Do you believe others including your pets can heal?

I suspected that my husband doesn’t believe too much in the natural process of disease and that there is a reason for the body to do what it does and that most of the disease processes complete naturally. I recon he thinks he does, but unconsciously he doesn’t, because he is ready to run to the vet at the first sign. That isn’t a bad thing. The act of taking action seeking help starts a very powerful healing process and I do not underestimate this. What we watched that weekend reminded us what happened with our beloved Middy that we lost in 2005 after 12 years. Recently Penny Croal shared a story at a META-Health Conference about her cat and how she was instrumental in healing her. I kept this message of hope when this crisis struck. I did not want to be stupid about the whole thing however. I am done with being on opposite ends of extremes. Do what is right for that particular body and listen to what the body is saying is my only mantra now.

There is no alternative medicine

There is only medicine. Thee medicine can come in many different forms. Integrative approach is what makes the difference. Fear of an illness and possibly dying isn’t very helpful to have if one wants to heal anything, including a pet. Diving into conscious and subconscious beliefs in this regard is extremely helpful for healing. And don’t forget the secondary gains, which is what keeps people and pets away from being healed. When we examine all these elements, we find many times a vicious circle of beliefs that contradict each other that needs to be aligned with our true purpose.

We have not had anything happen to Clyde for a while. About 4 times in 6 years he got a skin issue, which finally we are able to heal on our own with a help of BACTROBAN that we always have on hand. When this strikes, some energy work and a cone to stop Clyde licking his coat also help the healing process along. When it comes, it is usually at the heat of the summer, but Clyde’s skin condition is another issue for another day.

In any case we agreed that we did not want to have a repeat of what happened to Middy. 10 years ago we did not now what to do when she was diagnosed with stomach cancer. She went through an operation and died 3 weeks later. It took many years for tears to stop coming. Losing her was very painful for my husband, my son and myself. When the tears come now, and they come here and there still, they get transformed into happy tears about the love we have had for her rather fast. Our past experiences do cause us to look at the situation with filters.

Fear is not our friend when the body shows symptoms of disease. Healing is a process that has mechanics and healing always takes place when we put our intention into it. Having the right tools is what makes the difference.

It helps to know what the underlying cause is so it can be addressed during any illness. Sometimes medication is necessary for the body to be pushed back from the healing phase to the stress phase in order to address the issue. The healing crisis isn’t as overwhelming on the body after that, when the underlying symptoms are addressed and the healing peak that was too much for the body was delayed until the root cause is found. This works the same for pets and people.

The Sympathetic-Parasympathetic Phases

The body goes through the sympathetic phase during the day and the parasympathetic phase at night. That is why when we are so-called sick, or in regeneration phase, we feel worse at night-time. The period of self-healing involves symptoms that are commonly called illness.

Health requires a balance between active stress and passive regeneration. When too much stress accumulates in the body, it gets out of balance. There are many contributing factors for the stress of the body to get out of balance. When the body finally resolves some of the issues, the body shifts into parasympathetic phase during which the body and the organs heal. If there is too much stress, the body can get overwhelmed during the healing phase. The test is about the strength of the body. Is it strong enough to get through it? If it is, then the body will get stronger after the regeneration phase is finished.

Pause

I experienced something like this with Hives in September 2013. Although I have tried to find the underlying issue myself, I had to take antihistamines after a week of trying on my own to get through the healing crisis.

Many drug-based treatments are designed to block or suppress symptoms. From a Two Phase perspective, this means putting the organ into a sympathetic (stress phase) state. Many complementary and alternative therapies (organic remedies), on the other hand, are designed to stimulate or support the body’s self-healing mechanisms.

Therapists often talk about healing crisis, a temporary worsening of symptoms; interestingly, this can be seen as a sign of deepening healing and the effects of therapy!

When antihistamines kicked in, I sought a colleague who could help me find the learnings from this issue; why I had the crisis and what awareness I needed to gain from it. Advanced Clearing Energetics did a great job on that. I stopped taking antihistamines after the healing session that I knew went very deep into healing this separation from Self theme. I knew exactly what triggered the reversal.  I went through a very short healing crisis, after the healing session, that lasted just hours. I was fine ever since. All I am saying is – it is very beneficial to take the time out and LISTEN to the body. What it is saying? What is the next best step?

Three days of awareness, praying and healing

Another help that came up for Clyde was to use MiHealth 3 times a day for 20 minutes. I was given the program that would work the best by muscle testing for it. This was in addition to the Bach Remedies given to him 4 times a day as requested. The weekend was rough as we prayed and watched Clyde to go through the healing crisis. He started to show signs of improvement on Sunday evening. As he came out of the closet, I noticed that it was an anal sac problem that came back. He had the same thing four years ago and it was back now. Once we saw where the problem was, we decided to take him to the vet the next morning.

Miracle

It felt like a miracle to us on Monday morning when Clyde was his old self. We noticed that the abscess burst and he did not have much of an issue. My husband took him to the vet anyway. He was given a thorough cleaning and antibiotics. “Well, let’s take another pause here”, I suggested. Does he really need them? I did not ask the body, I just ask that we don’t give it to him unless it is necessary. Two days go by and he seems fine. By Wednesday mid morning Clyde is running to the litter box and is straining himself and there is blood in his pee. Clyde had a checkup and urine tests done on Monday. The tests showed some issues with his kidneys. He now had a raging bladder infection. I did not regret not giving him the antibiotics. They would have masked the issue. The anal sac problem was a secondary problem. The original indication I got was that there was an internal issue that if it was true would cause problems for him to go pee. I am not thrilled about this confirmation. Having an anal sac issue would have been so much better.

Next Best Step

Clyde is now on antibiotics and pain killers that he is being weaned off. Vet suggested an ultrasound down the line if it comes back. All that can be done is being done for Clyde. It is Clyde’s decision if he will heal. I believe in medicine whatever form it takes that is beneficial for the body and the healing process and I believe in the healing powers of connecting to the Source. We keep working on Clyde. One of the modalities we used was Advanced Clearing Energetics to get to trapped energy influencing his condition. We felt a nice shift. My husband and I trust that Clyde will do his part in his healing as well.
